I will implement measurable metrics to measure my success over the previous 5 years and set sustainable goals for the next 5 years.

I will network, offering value where ever I can so that I can fulfill my personal philosophy and to be here a year from now stronger with more business acumen.

I will use the "Power of Now" and use it often. 2011 has already produced some great results from taking action now whenever it is possible and promises for the future are even brighter.

I will remember my "Mississippi roots", to never forget where I came from but always know where I am going.
